A one on one session utilizing the Pilates framework including mat work and apparatus work on the reformer, tower, high and low chairs and barrels. Private sessions are highly recommended for beginner clients to learn the foundation of Pilates, focusing on technique and form. Advancing clients layer exercises and transitions to further enhance balance, strength, stability, endurance and the mind/body connection.
Semi Private Sessions
Step up your game! With up to 3 participants, a semi private session is motivating, challenging and fun with this fast paced multi-apparatus class!
A challenging combination of classical mat exercises with resistance training utilizing the tower unit springs, magic circle and other props. Tower classes leave you feeling leaner, longer and stronger!
Beginners will learn the fundamentals, also Mat is the most challenging Pilates component and the foundation of Joe Pilates, “Contrology.” Mat work is where we begin through a systematic series of exercises to find your mind body connection at a pace designed for you to get the safest and most effective results for “your” body. As you improve your form and technique, additional exercises transition into the class challenging balance and core stability.
